If we take a look at past few months, WhatsApp got some amazing features which are loved by many. However, something wrong happened with WhatsApp at the start of this year. The instant message platform suffered from the major outage. WhatsApp users all across Europe, India, and Malaysia had been found complaining about WhatsApp. Users found it hard to exchange messages and send media files over the app. This incident happened just after midnight on New Year. Just as people were ringing in the New Year and getting ready to send their greetings, the instant messaging app crashed leaving users disappointed. The social networking platforms like Twitter and Facebook were flooded with users across the world regarding the major global outage. Users all over the world started to tweet with #whatsappdown to report the problems to the developers.
